Our seasoned staff works collaboratively to provide high-quality services and support, empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. From executive leadership to direct care, TRF is committed to ensuring the well-being and success of the people we serve.
Kellie is a seasoned healthcare and human services leader with over 38 years of experience. She has dedicated nearly 25 years to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). With a passion for empowering others, Kellie has held various leadership roles, including Director of community relations/development, director of QA, corporate compliance & HIPAA privacy officer, assistant executive director, and executive director/CEO of I/DD agencies in Western New York. She is excited to bring her expertise to TRF and is committed to ensuring that all individuals receive the highest quality, person-centered support services.
Richard San Jose
Associate Executive Director of Quality, Compliance & Business Development
Ext. 111Richard is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in administration and supporting individuals with I/DD and serious mental illness in Arizona. He began his career at the Arizona Training Program of Tucson in the early 1980s and continued his work with local provider agencies as Arizona transitioned towards community-based services. Richard joined TRF in 2015 as the quality assurance director and was promoted to his current position in 2021. He is passionate about promoting independence and full inclusion and is proud to be a part of an organization that supports individuals with I/DD in a way that enhances their quality of life.
Jana is a financial expert with a passion for making a difference. She brings a wealth of knowledge to TRF with degrees in business administration, accounting, and finance and a Certified Non-profit Accounting Professional certification. Her 20+ years of experience in banking, specializing in asset recovery, and her nearly two decades in the nonprofit sector make her a valuable asset to the team. Jana is excited to support TRF’s staff and members and contribute to the organization’s positive impact on the community.
Gina is a driven advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities. With over 7 years of experience in human services, she is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those she serves. At TRF, Gina plays a crucial role in hiring, training, and developing staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care. She is committed to creating inclusive and sustainable services that empower individuals to live their best lives. Gina thrives on building strong relationships with members and colleagues alike and is proud to be part of an organization that positively impacts the community.
Allison is a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities and has over 10 years of experience in human services. With a diverse background including roles as a mentor, program supervisor, director, publisher/business owner, and general sales/marketing manager, Allison brings a unique perspective to TRF. She values the supportive team at TRF and finds great satisfaction in making a positive impact on the lives of TRF’s members.
Sandra is a committed human services professional with 12 years of experience. During her 6 years at TRF, she has progressed from direct support to program supervisor and now program director. Her experience encompasses direct support, program development, collaboration, and training. Sandra values the inclusive environment at TRF, which empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. She is passionate about supporting individuals to lead fulfilling lives and finds her work incredibly rewarding.
Mike is a seasoned I/DD professional with over 30 years of experience. As a dedicated member of TRF since its early days, he has progressed from Mentor to Program Supervisor and Program Director. Mike has been instrumental in TRF’s growth, contributing to the development and management of numerous residential services. He is passionate about person-centered care and collaborates closely with families and individuals to create personalized support plans. Mike values the supportive environment at TRF and is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Lori is passionate about empowering individuals with I/DD and is dedicated to improving their lives. Her career began in 2007, working with children with autism using applied behavioral analysis. She has since held various roles, including direct support provider, behavior coach, and support coordinator. Lori is committed to empowering individuals with I/DD and advocating for their rights and well-being. She is inspired by TRF’s dedication to fostering growth and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Thomas has been a member of the TRF team for over 15 years. Starting at the front desk, he has taken on increasing responsibilities within the operations team. Thomas is proud to contribute to TRF’s mission of supporting individuals with disabilities. He appreciates the positive impact that TRF’s members have on the community and is committed to providing the support they need to live fulfilling lives.
