Founded in 1971, Tucson Residence Foundation is a leading provider of community-based residential services for adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities in Southern Arizona. Our mission is to empower individuals to live their lives with dignity, choice, and independence.

From our humble beginnings as a single group home, TRF has grown into a thriving organization offering a variety of housing options throughout our community. Our focus on self-determination means that each individual we support has the opportunity to make meaningful choices about their daily life.

With over 40 locations, a dedicated team of nearly 300 employees, and as a leading provider of Prader-Willi Syndrome services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive.
